Rennection charges a $2.95 per transaction processing fee for rent payments. This fee can be paid by either the renter or landlord.

Standard Application:
Our Standard Rental Application includes a full rental application, an Experian® credit report, a national criminal background check, and a national eviction history check. The $39.95 application fee is paid by the renter.
Student Application:
The Student Rental Application includes a full rental application, a national criminal background check, and a national eviction history check. This application also includes the Experian® Credit Report of a co-signer at no additional cost for the student renter. The $34.95 application fee is paid by the renter.
Spouse Application:
The Spouse Rental Application is an extended part of the Standard Rental Application. An Experian® credit report, a national criminal background check, and a national eviction history check are provided for both spouses. The spouse application fee is $29.95, which is a $10.00 discount. The total application fee for a married couple is $69.90.
Co-signer Application:
The Co-signer Application is simply an Experian® credit report for a rental application co-signer. The co-signer does not complete a full rental application, but rather completes a simple online form giving permission to include their credit report with the renter's application. The renter pays an additional $14.95 with their application to include a co-signer.
Rent Payment Processing:
The Rent Payment Processing feature, DirectPay, gives renters a secure platform to pay rent online using a debit card, credit card, or bank account. Landlords receive monthly rent payments directly into their bank account. This feature has a $2.95 per transaction fee and can be paid by either the renter or landlord.
Maintenance Request Portal:
The Maintenance Request Portal gives renters and landlords a simple and transparent way to track property maintenance issues. This feature is complimentary when DirectPay is being used for monthly rent payments.
